Feedback where it belongs
In many agencies, client feedback arrives through emails, chats and screenshots with red circles. TinyDesk brings it together in tickets per project. On an image you draw your comment directly on the design, and every marker gets its own thread. On video and audio, a comment is pinned to a moment on the timeline, also for videos on YouTube or Vimeo.
Designs get a review flow of their own: you upload a new version, the client compares it with the previous one and approves. Clients take part through a public ticket page with a secure link, without creating an account.
- Comments drawn on images, with a thread per marker
- Video and audio reviews with comments at the exact moment
- Design versions to compare and approve
- Public ticket pages for clients, without an account
- Tasks that sync both ways with Todoist
- Daily or weekly digests instead of an email for every reply
Pay for what you use
TinyDesk does not work with fixed packages. You pay a small platform fee plus a price per user, per project and per GB of storage, and you switch on modules such as video reviews, the design review flow or public ticket pages when you need them. A calculator on the homepage shows the monthly price straight away.
Under the hood TinyDesk is a Laravel application with Inertia and React in TypeScript. The drawing layer for annotations is built with Konva, and the application is hosted in the EU. Comments on images are bundled before they are sent, so a review round results in one email instead of twenty.
