A family album as a comic
Family photos usually end up in a folder nobody opens again. Fam. Sewi turns every moment into a comic cover with its own title and a short caption, in the style of a Flemish comic album. Every family member, the cats included, is a recurring character with their own avatar.
Visitors browse the covers by year or by person, going back to 1999. Opening a cover shows the artwork large with the story next to it. There is also a page introducing the family and an archive of Christmas cards from past years.

From context to cover
In the admin area you pick the characters, a style and a short description of the moment. A text model turns that into a title, a caption and an unambiguous scene description. The application then builds a prompt with a description of every character and sends along an example cover, reference images and the avatars, so the family looks the same on every cover.
Fam. Sewi is a Laravel application with Inertia and React in TypeScript. Generation runs through the Laravel AI SDK on a queue, so the admin area does not block while an image is being made. Covers are stored as JPG to keep the files small.
