TinyForms

TinyForms is a HYPERCHICKEN product of our own: a form builder for associations, schools, sports clubs and events. Beyond asking questions, a form also handles payments, capacity, waiting lists and languages, all hosted in the EU.

TinyForms homepage with the headline about online forms that do more

A form that handles the whole registration

A regular form gives you a list of answers. A sports club or a school usually needs more than that: a membership fee paid on the spot, a cap on the number of places, a waiting list once it is full, and a form parents can read in their own language. TinyForms puts all of that in one tool.

You build a form by dragging fields, sections and pages together, with conditional logic and a live preview next to the editor. Changes go into a draft, and the published form only changes when you publish again. If you would rather not start from scratch, the template library has ready made forms, from a season registration to a permission slip for a school trip.

  • Form builder with conditional logic, multiple pages and a live preview
  • Payments through your own Mollie or Stripe account, with a price per option
  • Limits per form or per option, with a waiting list in order of arrival
  • Forms, emails and the application itself in English, Dutch, French and German
  • Submissions mirrored live to Google Sheets or Excel Online
  • A retention period you choose, after which submissions are deleted automatically

Privacy and AI, both kept in Europe

TinyForms is built for organisations that handle data about members, parents and children. Consent is stored with the answer, every form gets a privacy page, and a dedicated page helps you answer an access or erasure request for one person in a single pass.

Pro and Business include an AI assistant that drafts a form from a short description, edits it when you ask and translates it in one go. It runs on Mistral AI, hosted in the EU, and only sees the text of the form, never the answers.

Under the hood TinyForms is a Laravel application with Inertia and React in TypeScript. Forms are stored as a JSON schema with a separate published version, and subscriptions run through Paddle.
