Inboxx Send

Transactional email for your website or application.
Contact forms, orders and password resets that arrive.

What is transactional email?

Transactional email is email your website or application sends automatically after a user does something: a submitted contact form, an order, an invoice or a password reset. These emails need to arrive quickly and reliably. Send them straight from your web server or through a regular mailbox and they often end up in spam or get rejected. Inboxx Send delivers them through mail servers built for the job, with the right DNS settings for your domain.

Contact forms

A notification in your inbox every time someone fills in your form, with the visitor's address as the reply address.

Orders and invoices

Order confirmations, shipping notifications and invoices from your web shop, sent from your own domain.

Accounts and passwords

Sign ups, password resets and login codes that arrive right away, at Gmail and Outlook too.

What you get

Inboxx Send works with any website or application that can send email over SMTP.

Works over SMTP

WordPress, Laravel, Kirby, a web shop or your own application: enter the SMTP details and you are done. An API is in the works.

DNS setup by us

We set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC for your domain, so receiving mail servers can tell your emails really come from you.

Separate from your mailbox

Automated emails do not go through your regular mailbox. Your website never runs into your mailbox's sending limits, and the other way around.

Personal support

An email that does not arrive or lands in spam? Write to support@genx.be and we will sort it out together.

Two ways to send

Transactional email only

Inboxx Send is meant for emails a user expects after doing something on your website or in your application. Newsletters and other marketing emails do not go through Inboxx Send. That keeps the reputation of the sending servers high, so your emails, and those of our other customers, arrive.
